1. Freeze the bundle architecture
Packaging should start with an exact product list. Identify the machine model, cup, adapters, charging components and every optional accessory included in the set. This determines the insert structure, box size and the claims that can accurately appear on the packaging.
Keep a separate configuration record for DQ-001, DQ-005, DQ-010 and DQ-011. DQ-001 and DQ-005 share the published 75 × 75 × 270 mm body dimensions, but their retail-box records differ. DQ-010 and DQ-011 share a master-carton dimension record, not machine-body or retail-box dimensions. Neither match establishes that an insert or adapter can be reused.

2. Choose the order scope before commissioning artwork
A small mixed order and a custom retail program require different approvals. The 16-unit wholesale entry does not make every logo method, custom color, gift box or tooling request available at the same quantity.
For 1,000-unit orders, the confirmed policy includes packaging and color customization within the written quotation scope. Product and freight charges still apply. Confirm quantity allocation by model and color, artwork, insert, extra components and any special tooling before committing to a packaging design.

3. Fit the complete set, not the machine alone
The four-model packing table below records the standard retail boxes and master cartons supplied for reference. A gift set with a stand, carry bag or extra accessories may need a different insert and outer box. Confirm the assembled set rather than scaling a box drawing from the machine dimensions.
Check movement and clearance with the actual selected parts, including the cup, adapters, charging components and manual. Confirm that removing one part does not pull another loose or hide an instruction. A digital image cannot establish physical fit, transport protection or a completed packaging test.

4. Keep artwork and sample approval in the same record
Give the artwork and packing specification a revision number. Record the machine model, parts list, logo method and position, color reference, insert layout, language files, barcode and label locations. Keep technical claims separate from decorative artwork so a design change cannot silently change a product claim.
Specify the destination market and sales channel, and identify who supplies and approves each label or instruction. A carton-size record, product photograph or model name is not market compliance approval; request the applicable model documents and confirm that they match the selected configuration.

5. Send a brief that can be quoted
Send the model mix, total quantity, destination, sales channel and included accessories with the proposed artwork. If the box or color is undecided, identify the open choice and request confirmation instead of filling in an assumed specification.

Can accessories be included in a custom gift set?
Yes. Listed accessories can be selected individually or combined with a machine, subject to confirmation of the final configuration and packaging brief.
Does a 16-unit mixed order include custom packaging?
The 16-unit entry is for wholesale, with mixed models accepted and final packing confirmed. Packaging and color customization for 1,000-unit orders is a separate confirmed policy within the written quotation scope. Do not apply that scope automatically to a small trial or infer an allocation per model or color.
Is a logo sample free?
The sample machine is paid and the buyer pays shipping. Laser engraving of the logo on the sample is free. Confirm the exact machine, included parts and engraving position; other methods and a custom packaging sample require separate scope confirmation.
Can the same insert be assumed for DQ-001 and DQ-010?
No. Their published product dimensions, cup formats and configurations are different. Confirm the insert structure against the exact approved model and accessory list.
Does a digital packaging preview approve mass production?
No. A digital preview communicates the intended layout. The artwork version, colors, labels, included components and physical packaging sample should be confirmed before production approval.
Should shipping marks and destination-market labels be included in the first artwork brief?
List every known label, barcode, importer detail and shipping-mark requirement in the brief, then confirm the final content and placement for the destination and sales channel before approval.
