Confirm the scope before you approve.
What quantity is needed to start an OEM project?
Wholesale orders start from 16 units, with mixed models accepted. That is not a universal minimum for every custom color, packaging design or structural change. Confirm the model mix, carton arrangement and customization quantities in the written quotation.
Can I request a sample with my logo?
Machine samples are paid. Laser engraving of the logo on the sample is free, and the buyer pays shipping. Other logo methods require confirmation. Any later sample-fee refund or credit needs a separate written agreement; it is not automatic.
What is included for a 1,000-unit order?
Packaging and color customization are included for 1,000-unit orders within the approved quotation scope. Products and shipping remain chargeable. Allocation by model and color, special finishes and tooling must be confirmed; do not assume every requested variation is included.
How are accessories and compliance documents confirmed?
Send the selected model, intended coffee format, accessories and destination market. Request the exact adapter list and applicable document list for review. A digital selection does not prove compatibility, and a document for one model or market does not establish coverage for every configuration.

Pricing & order terms
MOQ is discussed after inquiry. Payment methods are T/T, PayPal and Western Union; the final quantity, pricing, Incoterms and quotation validity are confirmed in the formal quotation.
Lead time planning
Paid samples are dispatched within 7 days of the sample order. Mass-production lead time depends on quantity and approved scope, and is generally around 35 days.
Shipping & export files
Export packing, destination-market documents and shipping options are confirmed with the quotation for each market.
Warranty & after-sales
Warranty coverage, replacement handling and spare-part support are confirmed by model and destination before order approval.
