Lead time planning
Paid samples are dispatched within 7 days of the sample order. Mass-production lead time depends on quantity and approved scope, and is generally around 35 days.
Shipping & export files
Export packing, destination-market documents and shipping options are confirmed with the quotation for each market.
Warranty & after-sales
Warranty coverage, replacement handling and spare-part support are confirmed by model and destination before order approval.
