Portable Coffee Machine Wholesale: What to Send for a Shipping Quote
Prepare a freight quote for TK Classic portable coffee machines using four-model carton dimensions, gross weights, calculated CBM and a clear packing brief.

Short answer
What does a forwarder need beyond the machine weight?
Send the model quantities, packed carton count, outside carton dimensions, gross weight per carton, collection and delivery locations, and the agreed shipment scope. TK Classic's four standard model cartons each contain 16 units, but a mixed-model order needs its own confirmed packing list.
A product weight is not a shipping weight
If your enquiry says only '16 portable coffee machines', a forwarder still cannot see what will be collected. One model, a mixed selection and a gift-box project may have different packing arrangements. Start with the proposed model split and ask for the corresponding packing list.
DQ-010 has a published whole-machine weight of 1,082 g. Its standard 16-unit master carton has a recorded gross weight of 18.5 kg. These numbers answer different questions: the first describes the machine; the second describes the packed carton. Multiplying machine weight by quantity leaves out the packaging and other contents included in that packing configuration.
The four standard carton records
The packing table on this page retains the owner-confirmed dimensions and weights for DQ-001, DQ-005, DQ-010 and DQ-011. Each record is for a standard single-model master carton containing 16 units. Body dimensions and retail-box dimensions are shown separately so that they are not copied into the freight enquiry by mistake.
Carton volume in cubic metres is length × width × height in metres. Calculated from these records, one DQ-001 carton is 0.03859812 m³, or about 0.03860 CBM; DQ-005 is 0.03684366 m³, or about 0.03684 CBM. DQ-010 and DQ-011 each have a recorded carton volume of 0.047304 m³, or about 0.04730 CBM. These are calculations from the listed dimensions, not new measurements.
DQ-010 and DQ-011 illustrate why volume and weight belong in separate fields. Their listed carton dimensions are the same, while gross weights are 18.5 kg and 15 kg respectively. The same amount of carton space therefore does not mean the same packed weight.
A dimensional-weight example, without a freight-price promise
DHL Express's published metric example divides length × width × height in centimetres by 5,000. Applying that formula to a standard DQ-010 carton gives 36 × 36.5 × 36 ÷ 5,000 = 9.4608 kg of dimensional weight. Its listed actual carton gross weight is 18.5 kg. Ask the selected carrier how it applies actual versus dimensional weight and rounding to your service.
This example is not a transport quotation. Check the carrier's current rule, service and measured package details before booking. The official DHL explanation is linked in the source list below.
For mixed models, request a fresh carton plan
TK Classic accepts wholesale enquiries from 16 units with mixed models. That entry quantity does not tell you whether a proposed eight-unit DQ-010 and eight-unit DQ-011 order will share one carton, use separate cartons or need additional packing. Send that allocation as a request, then use the supplier's confirmed arrangement for the freight quotation.
Likewise, adding a storage bag or changing a retail gift box can change the packed shipment. Do not average the two standard gross weights or assume the standard carton volume survives a packaging change. Confirm the included accessories and final packaging revision first.
A brief your forwarder can quote against
Send the confirmed packing list with the collection address and delivery country, city and postal code. Identify the delivery point, such as a warehouse or fulfilment location, and ask which collection, destination and delivery services are included. Comparing two prices is only useful when both describe the same shipment and scope.
For the supplier enquiry, include the model allocation, standard or custom packaging, required accessories and whether the sample is a separate shipment. Ask the carrier which model-specific battery and transport documents it needs for the proposed route; a carton table alone does not establish shipment acceptance.
- Models and quantities, with standard packing or the approved packaging revision.
- Number of cartons, outside dimensions and gross weight for each carton type.
- Collection and delivery locations, requested transport service and included charges.
- Documents requested by the carrier and any shipment details still awaiting confirmation.
Four-model packing comparison
Whole-machine weights are separate from standard master-carton gross weights. Final mixed-order packing is confirmed in the quotation.

Questions buyers ask before approval
Is the retail-box size the size to use for a wholesale freight quote?
Use the final outside shipping-carton dimensions. The retail box is a separate packing level and does not establish the dimensions of a master carton or mixed-model shipment.
Can I multiply a standard carton record to estimate a larger order?
For an unchanged single-model configuration in complete standard cartons, multiplying the carton count gives a planning estimate. Obtain the final packing list before booking, especially if accessories, retail boxes or the carton arrangement change.
Does a 16-unit mixed order have the same packing as a 16-unit single-model carton?
Not necessarily. Mixed-model wholesale is accepted, but the supplier must confirm the actual carton arrangement, dimensions and gross weights for the proposed allocation.
