A packaging change has measurable consequences
If an approved new pack changes a master carton, both shipment volume and quoted freight can change even when the machine is unchanged. For reference, the standard DQ-010 carton is 360 × 365 × 360 mm: 0.36 × 0.365 × 0.36 = 0.047304 m³.
Do not apply that volume to a newly designed gift set until the actual carton is confirmed. The example identifies the measurement to revisit; it is not a commitment that every DQ-010 order uses that carton.
Close the change before accepting a substitute
When an accessory or printed instruction changes, identify whether the buyer needs another sample, an artwork proof or a document review. Record the approval and the order to which it applies. A message saying 'approved' should point to a file or sample reference.
Use the same record when the goods arrive. That lets receiving staff compare the shipment with what was actually authorized instead of an earlier catalog image. Repeatability comes from preserving the approved configuration, not from assuming that familiar product names capture every detail.

Does the same model number guarantee the same bundle?
No. Confirm the machine configuration, accessories, artwork, packaging and document revisions against the prior approved order.
Can a packaging change affect freight without changing the machine?
Yes. Changed carton dimensions or gross weight can alter shipment calculations. Obtain a fresh packing plan and quote.
Is 0.047304 m³ the volume of every DQ-010 shipment?
No. It is the calculated volume of one published standard master carton. Multiply only confirmed cartons and recheck customized or mixed packing.
