B2B procurement worksheet
Portable Coffee Machine Spare Parts: Build a 4-Field Order Matrix
Order replacement adapters and brewing parts with model, component, revision and quantity references rather than relying on a photograph or a generic compatibility claim.

Short answer
Portable Coffee Machine Spare Parts
A spare-parts request should name four items: machine model, component identifier, approved revision or reference sample, and quantity. Similar appearance does not establish interchangeability across DQ-001, DQ-005, DQ-010 and DQ-011.
A part name is not yet an orderable specification
'Capsule adapter' can refer to different coffee formats and different machine interfaces. A photograph may show the outside of a component without identifying the brewing fit, seals or revision. Put the machine model first, then ask TK Classic to confirm the component reference.
Keep brewing parts separate from cups, charging accessories and display items. A cup that fits a presentation tray does not establish adapter compatibility. If a part has no published identifier, use an agreed marked photograph and reference sample until the order record is clear.
Four fields for the support order
The rows below are blank-order examples, not confirmed parts or compatibility offers.
| Machine | Component reference | Revision / sample | Quantity |
|---|---|---|---|
| DQ-001 | Supplier to confirm | Approved reference to attach | Buyer to specify |
| DQ-005 | Supplier to confirm | Approved reference to attach | Buyer to specify |
| DQ-010 | Supplier to confirm | Approved reference to attach | Buyer to specify |
| DQ-011 | Supplier to confirm | Approved reference to attach | Buyer to specify |
Quantify a reserve without inventing reliability claims
A buyer might provisionally reserve 2 confirmed components for each of 4 model-specific configurations: 2 × 4 = 8 components. This is a purchasing example only. It is not an expected defect count, failure rate or TK Classic recommendation for every order.
Use real support observations, shipment lead-time discussions and the value of keeping a customer operational to set the reserve. If there is no history, label the quantity provisional. Do not turn an untested percentage into a claim about machine reliability.
Approve replacements against the original setup
Ask which component changes require a new sample check. Keep the coffee format, machine revision and required seals or associated parts in the confirmation. An isolated replacement may not be sufficient if the matching configuration has changed.
For later orders, send the prior part reference rather than only the old sales description. Ask for notice of substitutions before dispatch and keep the supplier's written confirmation with the service stock. Availability, pricing and dispatch arrangements are separate quotation items.
- Photograph the part and its machine reference together.
- Record included seals or associated components explicitly.
- Review substitutions before they enter support stock.
Questions buyers ask before approval
Are coffee adapters interchangeable across all four models?
Do not assume that. Confirm the exact model, coffee format, component and revision with TK Classic before ordering.
Does an eight-component reserve imply eight failures?
No. The eight-component figure is an illustrative purchasing allocation, not a failure forecast or reliability measurement.
Are spare-part prices or availability guaranteed here?
No. Request a written parts quotation with identifiers, quantity, availability and dispatch scope.
This guide uses current TK Classic product records and published OEM capabilities. Model pages remain the source of truth. Commercial terms and model-specific documents are confirmed in the quotation and inquiry process.
Turn this checklist into a model-specific quotation.
Send the model, quantity, target market, branding and accessory requirements. The sales team will confirm the open commercial items.
